When my eldest daughter was diagnosed with Coeliac Disease, my wife and I realise just how big the gap in the market was for 100% gluten free dining options. As a chef of 20 years, I have been involved with a wide range of special dietary needs throughout my career and we decided to fill that gap. That Food Van is the culmination of that decision. My entire menu is 100% gluten free and completely Coeliac friendly. As I tell many of my customers " There isn't even a 'May Contain' statement in my trailer." That Food Van has been operating in the Greater Brisbane area since December 2018. We are available for markets, private and corporate events, school fetes and much more.
