Ruby the Little Red Ice Cream Van

'Ruby' is a fully restored, original vintage ice cream van built in England in 1973. She arrived in Australia in 2013 where she underwent full restoration, hitting the streets of Brisbane and surrounds in 2014. Her menu features freshly made soft serve ice cream creations using a state of the art, high capacity, Italian Carpigiani ice cream machine. Ruby's premium ice cream is milk based, gluten free and halal certified. The traditional menu features crowd favourites such as the iconic 99 flake, rainbow sprinkles, sherbet, choc top, rocket, sundae as well as Ruby's signature specials. Vegan and dairy free options are always available and alternative gelato and sorbet menus are available on request. Ruby's pastry chef qualified team has over 20 years gelato and ice cream making experience. The van's unique set up and experienced team specialise in high volume ice cream catering and the creation of impact ice creams for marketing activations.
