We're Roll It Ice Cream Co. Brisbane's only rolled ice cream vendor. Our 'rolled ice cream' is different to regular ice cream and gelato. We use our -25c freezing teppanyaki pans to manually chop, mix, create and roll our ice cream right before your eyes, to create the freshest ice cream you've ever had, made from the ingredients you choose. We have Dairy and Gluten-Free options available and only use sustainable packaging and practices. (Vegan catering available on request) Custom Menu design and branding options are available for catering clients.
