Our truck offers fusion Korean BBQ cooked in European charcoal oven. Our menu offers mouth-watering, tasty marinated beef and Korean BBQ Chicken those are grilled and roasted in this special oven which only uses charcoal itself. The oven is made of thick metal that keeps the temperature constant at 400 degrees. This high temperature combined with charcoal flame keep the meat sealed and moist as well as give it a rich flavour.
